We believe privacy is a right, not a checkbox. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you stay in control — in plain language.
We collect only what we need to provide the service. This includes your email address, the content you add to your Corner page (profile name, links, appearance choices), and standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited). If you upgrade to Pro, our payment processor Stripe handles your billing details — we never see or store your card number.
Your data is used to operate your account, send you transactional emails (password resets, receipts), and improve the product. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it. We do not use it to train AI or machine-learning models.
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. You can read more in our Cookie Policy.
We share data with a minimal set of sub-processors: Supabase (database and auth), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting). Each is contractually bound to keep your data confidential and to process it only as directed.
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from your account settings. To close your account and purge all associated data, go to Account → Delete account. For any other request, email privacy@corner.so and we'll respond within 14 days.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymised, aggregated analytics may be retained indefinitely.
Connections to Corner are encrypted in transit via TLS. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We run regular dependency audits and patch known vulnerabilities promptly.
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date below. Continued use of Corner after changes go into effect constitutes acceptance.
